Good couplingThe front end of the probe adopts a soft film design, which can couple well with the surface of the workpiece. The probe diameter ranges from 2.3mm to 8.5mm, which can meet all welding specifications in the automotive industry.
automatic detection: UltraLOG software can automatically evaluate the quality of solder joints and archive the test results. It can automatically distinguish 5 main welding defects: insufficient fusion depth of weld nuggets, insufficient diameter of weld nuggets, virtual welding, solder leakage, and overburning.

Quality control: The DB Manager data management software establishes inspection standards for the workpieces to be inspected, making it easy to manage and supervise the quality of all solder joints, and helping inspectors meet the requirements of inspection standards.
